Pizza Breads are considered Unhealthy for stomach due to excess of All-Purpose floor. So ,We found this Recipe on web via TasteMade . This Recipe cuts the bread though it couldn’t cut cheese. So , its half healthy maybe. Anyways,
Recipe in words
1 large potato
1/3 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
4 mushrooms, sliced
3 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions to healthy TasteRide
Wash and cut the potato into very thin slices. Heat a frying pan with some olive oil. Arrange the potato slices in a ring pattern. Sprinkle on the parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Spread the tomato sauce onto the potatoes. Arrange mushroom slices and mozzarella cheese on top. Crack an egg into the center. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Transfer the potato pizza onto a plate . Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and black pepper.
