Pizza Pepper Boats ~ A Crowd Winning Snack

Enjoy the taste of pizza and a hint of Bell Pepper in one health pack

Here’s how to make it 









Ingredients

2 Bell Peppers
4 Garlic Cloves,Chopped
1 Onion,Diced
1 Capsicum
Cottage Cheese
Frozen Corn
1 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese,Grated
Your Favorite Seasoning




Instructions :

Cut bell peppers into 2 halves and remove the seeds,thereby emptying them.

In a pan, melt butter.Saute chopped garlic and onions till golden brown.

Add capsicum,corn kernels and cottage cheese with continuous stirring.




Pour pizza sauce and heavy cream,let the mixture cook for 5 minutes.
Note : You can add your favorite seasoning to the mixture(we prefer black pepper and chili flakes with a pinch of salt)

Fill the pepper boats with a layer of mozzarella cheese and the prepared creamy mixture.Top it up with grated mozzarella cheese

Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C

Serve and enjoy.
