Pasta Style Macaroni or Pasta Muffin?

Mac n Cheese is a hunger killer since ages. Light macaroni complemented with creamy cheesy sauce can ba a perfect evening snack for your kids. Whether baked , slow cooked or cooked over the stove top.
This dish never fails to mesmerize the hungry crowd.
Here’s How To Make It:

For Pasta Style Macaroni:
3/4 Cup Macaroni
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. All Purpose flour
1 1/4 Cup Milk
1 tsp. Black pepper
1/2 Cup Grated mozzarella cheese

For Pasta Muffins
1/2 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
1/2 Cup Grated mozzarella cheese

For Pasta Style Macaroni:
1. Bring a saucepan three-fourths full of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the macaroni, stir once and return to a boil. Cook until the pasta is al dente, 6–7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add flour to it and cook wiith continuous stirring till it just start to darken.Whisking constantly, slowly add the milk, raise the heat and bring the sauce to a boil. Reduce the heat to maintain a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce begins to thicken, 3–5 minutes longer.Add Pepper ( white or black) and stir again to mix.
3. Add set boiled pasta to it and top it up with mozzarella cheese. Stir and cook for 3 -5 mins.
4. Season it up with your favorite seasoning ( we prefer chilli flakes and orageno) while serving.

Pasta Muffin:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
2. In a bowl with seasoned breadcrumbs, add melted butter and mix.
3. Line the Muffins cups with bread crumbs, top it up with spoonful of mozzarella cheese and then the pasta/macaroni.
4. Bake for 20 min.
5. Serve .
