Magic Ingredients

2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup coconut palm sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups milk of choice
1 cup banana, mashed
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons grass-fed organic unsalted butter, melted
Walnuts and banana for garnish

Instructions to heaven ride

Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray an 8″ square baking dish or pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
Add the oats, palm sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a medium bowl and stir to combine. In another large bowl, whisk together the milk, banana, egg, vanilla and butter.
Add the oat mixture into the wet ingredients and stir to combine. Transfer to the greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Garnish with toasted walnuts and banana.
