1⁄2 cup green onion, chopped
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
20 fresh mushrooms, stems removed
1 lb sliced bacon, strips cut in half

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil. Place a wire cooling rack on the baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, mix together green onion and cream cheese. Stuff mushroom caps with the cheese mixture. Wrap each mushroom with half of a slice of bacon, secure with a toothpick, and place on the wire rack.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
