Magic Ingredients

  • 7 Oz chocolate
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 2 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 500 ml. Vanilla Icecream





Instructions to Taste Ride:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Take dark Chocolate in a bowl and add butter to it. Microwave it and stir.
3. Take eggs in a large bowl and add granulated sugar, Whisk it.
4. Add 2 Ounces of melted chocolate and 2.5 tbsp of cream to the mix and whisk again.
5. Add Sifted all purpose flour and cocoa to the mix and whisk till fine and smooth mixture.
6. Transfer the mix to well greased baking tray and bake for 40 min.
7. Take thawed vanilla icecream in a bowl. Add 2 Oz of melted chocolate and stir .
8. Divide icecream to 2 parts in seperate bowls.
9. Add extra 3 Oz of Chocolate in one of above bowl and stir.
10. Top up the cake with Darker shade chocolate icecream and freeze for 30 min.
11. Once top layer icecream sets. Top it again with lighter chocolate icecream and freeze for 2 hrs.
12. Cut the slices and serve.
13. Enjoy.
