You Will Need :
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup Yellow Bell Pepper,finely chopped
1/4 cup Capsicum,finely chopped
1/4 cup Carrot, finally chopped
1/4 cup French Beans, julienne cut
1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
4 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
2 Green Chillies, chopped
2 cups boiled rice
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
1 tsp Vinegar (optional)
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste
In a non stick pan, heat the oil on medium heat.
Add capsicum and bell peppers.Stir and let them cook for 60 seconds on low heat.
Put finely chopped garlic and green chillies.Stir again.Now transfer beans, carrot and onions to the mix.Saute till they are semi cooked.
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, salt and pepper and let the vegetables cook for 1-2 minutes with frequent stirs.
Add the boiled rice to the vegetables and toss them till they are properly mixed.
Serve it hot with Manchurian or chili cheese or eat it all without anything 😀
