Being an Oreo, Chocolate and Peanut Butter lover, i loved this recipe and thought of sharing the same.

No-Bake Oreo Cake

Magic Ingredients

  • 300g crushed Oreo cookies
  • 200g Dark Chocoate
  • 150g melted Coconut Oil
  • 150g smooth Peanut Butter
  • 50g crushed peanuts
  • 2 Teaspoons Desiccated Coconut
  • 2 Teaspoons Dried Coconut Flakes





Instructions To Taste Ride

1. Put the Oreos & Coconut Oil in a food processor & blend into a thick, coarse paste
2. Line a tart tin with the mix & refrigerate for 1 hour
3. Remove the tin from the fridge
4. Pour on the Peanut Butter & spread across the top of the base
5. Return the tin to the fridge & refrigerate for 1 hour
6. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave
7. Remove the tin from the fridge & spread the dark chocolate over
8. Sprinkle Desiccated Coconut & Dried Coconut Flakes over the top
9. Return the tin to the fridge for an hour.
10. Remove from the fridge, slice & serve
