You will need :
For the Soup :
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 chopped onions
Pureed fresh tomatoes
1 tbsp Corn starch
Salt to taste
Fresh cream for garnishing
For dip sticks :
Slices of cheddar cheese
Butter for grilling
For the soup :
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic paste and chopped onions to it until they turn translucent.Add salt to taste.
Pour fresh tomato puree in the pot.Add cornstarch and water to make the soup thicker.Let the soup boil for 15 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cream,fresh coriander and black pepper.
For the dip sticks :
Take the white bread,remove the sides. Flatten the bread slice with help of rolling pin.
Place the cheese slice on the bread.Sprinkle some fresh oregano and chili flakes for flavor.
Roll the bread and grill it in a large non stick pan till the cheese starts melting and the roll turns golden.
